DIY USB to Serial Converter
Recently I discovered that the Nokia Cable used for the communication and syncing the Nokia phones contains a FT232 like IC. You can buy the Data cables DKU-5 or CA-42 cables. The trick is to use a Nokia cell phone data cable based on Prolific’s PL-2303. These cables have a USB to Serial TTL converter built right in. So they work nicely with the Ardino type of protos.
